Flux With Invoke Issues

Is anyone running Flux with Invoke?
I installed Flux Dev and Schnell (Quantized) via the Starter Models section in Invoke, but I can't generate any images as it states I'm missing the VAE for Flux.
However, when I try to download FLUX.1-schnell_ae in Invoke's models section, I keep getting a permission error, despite accepting the terms on Hugging Face and being logged in to HuggingFace via the terminal as well as having access tokens created.
Does anyone have any tips on how to make this work? Screenshot below for clarity:
