Correct library name, add pipeline tag, code repository and project page

This PR corrects the library_name to timm and adds the pipeline_tag: image-classification to the model card metadata. It also adds a link to the code repository and project page for better documentation. This ensures better searchability and categorization of the model on the Hugging Face Hub.
