Add new get_cipher_encrypt method

Browse files

Implemented get_cipher_encrypt function:
- Added a letter-to-symbol mapping to encrypt English text into a randomized symbolic representation.
- Ensured that non-alphabetic characters (spaces, punctuation, numbers) remain unchanged.
- Used random.shuffle() to generate unique mappings dynamically.
