Since 2020, we have been investing in AI to improve our services and streamline business processes through the development of specialized skills and widespread internal adoption.

In 2024 we are one of the first Italian companies committed to this technology through the acquisition of the first NVIDIA DGX SuperPOD supercomputer in Italy dedicated to B2B AI and the development of a proprietary LLM, specifically trained on the Italian language using high-quality data and compliant with the European AI Act.

FastwebMIIA was created with the goal of offering the country a model that speaks proper Italian and is free from cultural biases, capable of understanding the full linguistic and cultural nuances of our nation, and designed to serve Italian businesses and public administrations.
